DAFTAR SEKARANGOBJECTIVES
Manage internal audit assignments throughout the company. Make recommendations that add value ensuring maximum payback to the entity or process under review.
The position reports to the Director. There will be significant exposure to senior management throughout the organization. In addition, this individual will work closely with division heads and partners from third party organizations providing joint internal audit support.
MAIN DUTIES
1.Directly establishing, planning and ensuring effective implementation of operational and financial audits for all companies within the group.
2.To develop of a risk-based audit plan focused on significant business risk exposures and improvement opportunities, as well as financial and compliance risks.
3.Organize, supervise and conduct financial and operational audits to provide business management with an independent view of the risk management and control within the group.
4.Direct the evaluation of the structure and effectiveness of an audit company’s internal controls as a basis for planning and execution of financial statements audit procedures as well as to support separate reports on the audit of private and public companies’ internal controls over financial reporting, applying the full body of PSAK framework.
5.To coordinate the process of examination/internal audits for the branches and produce its audit report (Audit Working Paper)
6.To evaluate the effectiveness of the group’s operational procedures and make recommendations for improvement in order to achieve operational efficiencies and minimization of business risks.
7.Act as a change agent to facilitate, provide advice and assist local management in implementing system and process improvement and monitoring progress.
8.To make cost-effective recommendations to enhance internal controls, maximize efficiency and minimize exposure to loss and regulatory risk.
9.To ensure the readiness of all divisions in the preparation of Profit and Loss statement completeness and on the right track and accurate.
10.Provide financial, accounting, commercial, and operational due diligence modeling.
11.To formulate and advise the audit findings with problem-solving perform precise and accurate analysis.
12.Draft audit comments and reports to support findings identified during field work.
13.Create or design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues which address stakeholder concerns, valuation models, synergies, contractual issues and accounting and tax reporting implications including analyses of operating results, financial position, cash flows, quality of assets and earnings, potential liabilities and risks, and the impact of findings on the valuation of the target organization
14.Ensure full closure of audit issues by managing efficiency of audit tasks in relation to quality, timeliness and effectiveness of audit findings and final audit reports.
15.Ensure high standard of all audit work papers and other related documentation of the division.
16.To reviewing and ensuring smooth internal audit process with respect to the accuracy of the method and analysis of problems.
17.Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of internal audit engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices.
18.To coordinate with external audit institutions necessary for the smooth company.
19.Presentation to senior executive audiences, including company top management.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
1.To run other related tasks in the effort to achieve the audit target as assigned by the Director.
2.To participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
3.Interface with senior executives of the company and company’s target.
4.Direct and initiate activities to develop client, market, and business recognition of own and the company’s expertise, including in cooperation with various external auditors firms.
5.To develop budgets and manage complex engagements or projects, including projects executed at various locations, to consistently achieve specific revenue and profit objectives and deliver budgeted engagement realization
6.To assist in compliance with various aspects of international and cross-border business and investments, including understanding of foreign business environment and practices and compliance with elements of international financial reporting and taxation

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance
Year(s) of experience: > 5 years in related functions
Specific Skills: Strong background in audit functions, Solid general PSKA skill set
Competencies: Leadership, Planning & Organizing, Strategic Thinking Analysis, Communication & Interpersonal Relationship, Working Standard, High Detail Orientation.
